Escape from the "Red Star"

(Autobiography of Rudolph F. Papp)

Page 2

This is the old house where my family and I moved (showing the roof and chimney only). I liked it very much because of the pigeons and because there were plenty of places to hide and seek which gave me lots of freedom.

Our backyard was huge and it gave me even more enjoyment because I could run around, play ball and do everything a kid does.

This beautiful statue of a woman, sculpted by my father, inspired artistic feelings in me which possibly contributed to my career choice as an artist.

It would be a shame for me to forget my favourite pets, my dog "Foka" and my rabbit "Zeko".
